Our practice hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Physical Therapy hours until 7:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

When you come for your appointment remember to bring the following:
- Drivers License or a valid ID
- Insurance information
- Referral Letter (if required)
- Reports, X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans etc and any other relevant information
- List of medications (if any)
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling us directly during our working hours.
What should I bring with me when I come for an appointment?
When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:
- GP referral letter
- X-rays and scans
- Patient registration form (optional)
- Private Health Insurance details
- Letter of authority & authority number (workers comp and 3rd party only)
